CENTURY 21 Judge seeks an experienced Property Manager in the Oklahoma City area to protect, maintain, and enhance residential assets for owner returns while serving tenants and the community. Qualifications

• Oklahoma Real Estate License is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable vehicle.
• Experience with property management and landlord-tenant communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google, Dropbox and AppFolio.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communicational skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, show, and lease properties across Oklahoma City.
• Photograph properties at move-in and move-out.
• Market properties and submit data for entry.
• Coordinate repairs and quality control with vendors.
• Manage communications with clients, Realtors and owners daily.
• Handle evictions and set-outs as needed.
• Review vacancies and adjust marketing strategies weekly.
• Monitor tenant accounts and notify owners of late payments.
