Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Property Manager in the Northern Kentucky area to lead a multifamily team, balance budget considerations, and drive superior resident experiences. You will coach staff, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and safety operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, team development, and a focus on delivering referral-worthy customer experiences while advancing career growth within a best-in-class environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
