Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a results-driven Property Manager to lead a residential team in the Phoenix area. You will coach staff, manage leasing operations, and ensure top-tier customer experiences across properties.

The role requires a minimum of three years’ experience in property management, supervisory responsibilities, and strong budgeting and compliance knowledge. A focus on revenue growth and team development is essential, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices, Fair Housing laws, maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, evictions, accounting, safety, and PM software.
• Strong understanding of balancing income and expenses for optimal results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
