Pegasus Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily team and drive exceptional service. You will coach staff, manage leasing and financials, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering strong resident relations.

You will oversee operations, coordinate with maintenance, and strive for occupancy growth while maintaining fiscal discipline, in a fast-paced environment. A competitive compensation package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations, resident relations, leasing, rent collection and evictions.
• Ability to balance income and expenses to optimize results.
• Occasional travel expected.
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required


• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing


• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.


• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results


• Occasional travel required


• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
