Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Denver to lead a multifamily team, drive outstanding resident experiences, and balance financial performance. The role emphasizes coaching, budget control, leasing, and community leadership to deliver top-tier service.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in property management, strong supervisory skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, operations, and property software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Experience supervising staff: hiring, training, coaching, and budgeting.
• Working knowledge of multifamily management including Fair Housing, leasing, rent collection, evictions, accounting, safety, and related software.
• Understanding of balancing income and expenses to achieve strong bottom-line results.
• Familiarity with OneSite and Ops Technology encouraged.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
