ZRS Management LLC in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our apartment communities, focusing on exceptional resident service while maximizing revenue. You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities include marketing, market research for rental rates, hiring and supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, renewals, inspections, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Experience as Property Manager in multifamily apartment industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
