Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Florida manages apartment communities and seeks a Property Manager to run day-to-day operations, optimize revenue, and deliver excellent resident service.

You will supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin teams, implement marketing and pricing strategies, handle budgets, inspections, and compliance, and collaborate with regional leadership to maintain a thriving community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager in multifamily is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance to timely complete work orders, move-ins, make ready and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain records of financial transactions, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
