Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Frisco, TX to run day-to-day apartment community operations and deliver exceptional resident service while maximizing revenue. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff, implement marketing and pricing strategies, and ensure compliance and strong financial performance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Strong computer, verbal, math and reasoning skills.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff and admin team.
• Oversee renewals, negotiate terms and maximize retention.
• Perform regular property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets and analyze performance.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential. The position of Property Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager.The Property Manager’s primary focus shall include but not limited to:Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.Conduct thorough market research to determine rental rates and implement strategies to maintain competitive pricing.Hire, train, supervise and motivate a dedicated team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders, move-ins, make ready and maintenance requests.Oversee the lease renewal process, negotiate lease terms, and strive to maximize resident retention.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, prepare budgets, and analyze financial performance.Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.Valid Drivers LicensePrevious experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily apartment industry is highly preferredHigh school diploma is a must, post-secondary preferred in business or property managementSkills, Knowledge and Abilities:Demonstrate excellent computer skills, verbal, math, and reasoning skillsDemonstrate strong negotiating and sales abilitiesPossess strong leadership; interpersonal and organization skillsPossess effective time management skills and attention to detailKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of Internet, Email, and social media as it pertains to marketing of communityKnowledge of property management software, such as, Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, Resman, etc.Knowledge of business practices and principlesAbility to handle multiple projects and tasksAbility to cope with stress in a composed mannerAbility to respect and maintain confidentialityAbility to provide timely and accurate response to clients, Regional Manager and the accounting deptAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.We offer full-time, career-track positions with competitive pay, health, dental, vision and life insurance; housing discounts, vacation, paid holidays, exceptional 401k plan with employer match and much more!!!!We are an Equal Opportunity EmployerDrug Free Work PlaceZRS Management is an equal opportunity employer.
