Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Property Manager located in Plano, TX. The LIHTC Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day management of the property, ensuring compliance with all LIHTC program regulations and local laws. Key responsibilities include coordinating tenant lease agreements, managing financial performance, supervising onsite staff, and maintaining positive resident relations. The Property Manager will also be responsible for handling maintenance requests and ensuring the operational efficiency of the property.

• Strong knowledge of LIHTC program regulations, fair housing laws, and property management principles
