• Ensure compliance with LIHTC program requirements and proper eligibility verification.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and unit turns.
• Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and interact with ownership and compliance teams to meet goals.
• Assist with marketing, resident relations, and enforcing community policies.
• Maintain a safe, well-maintained living environment and address resident concerns.
