Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Commercial office buildings in Galleria & Uptown markets
Work Schedule: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p. m., 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., or as determined by specific property needs
Monday – Friday, with ability to work extended/flexible hours as needed (nights, weekends, or on-call). Time will be split as needed between the buildings.
GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION
Overall responsibility as the Owner’s representative for day-to-day, 24/7 and long term management of Commercial Office Building Asset(s). Involves working with a team of leasing, marketing, maintenance, accounting, financing, insurance, and legal professionals as well as tenants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIALIZED
Bachelor Degree, Hospitality or other related field
RPA or CPM designation sought.
3-5 years commercial property management experience
Valid driver’s license to travel to facilities
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage people.
The proven ability to isolate problems, gather information, evaluate it and make a relevant decision.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
Self disciplined, self-directed and self motivated to accomplish stated goals.
Ability to communicate effectively.
An evidenced desire to succeed, employing high standards of professionalism and personal conduct.
Thorough general knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word software.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability .
