Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Temporary Property Manager for a leading West Coast office owner/developer. Based in California, you will oversee lease administration, CAM reconciliations, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure property performance and tenant relations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in class A office property management, and experience with Yardi. CPM or RPA certification is preferred; strong teamwork and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience in managing class A, mixed-use office properties.
• CPM or RPA certification (achieved or in progress).
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports, monthly variance reports, operating budgets, CAM reconciliations.
• Must be a team player and able to wear many hats in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Review proper and timely collections of payments within the system

Requirements
