CYM Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee residential properties and drive resident satisfaction. You will lead and develop a team, manage showings, and ensure properties stay in excellent condition while maintaining strong leasing and collection processes.

The role requires exceptional leadership, customer service, and knowledge of property maintenance. A reliable car is essential for travel between sites, and experience with Appfolio is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within a specific area.
• Conduct property showings and assist in leasing process; negotiate lease terms and upsell features.
• Follow-up on maintenance/repair requests; keep properties in excellent condition.
• Address resident complaint calls and follow-up; ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when needed.
• Perform routine drive/walk-throughs of properties at various times.
• Develop positive relationships with tenants to foster community engagement.
• Navigate, update, and work in Appfolio software environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within specific geographic area
• Conduct property showings and assist in the leasing process, including negotiating lease terms and upselling property features.
• Follow‑up on maintenance / repair requests and ensure properties stays in excellent condition
