Job summary

CYM Living is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the operational success of residential properties, focusing on resident satisfaction and community engagement. You will lead and develop team members, uphold real estate processes, and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills, with hands-on use of Appfolio and MS Office. A reliable automobile and flexible schedule are needed for site visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate admin processes and relevant laws.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to upsell features.
• Exceptional customer service with tenant focus.
• Proficient in maintenance management and coordination.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for tenant interactions.
• Working knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, mobile).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule to show units.
• Access to reliable automobile required.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within a specific geographic area.
• Conduct property showings and assist in leasing, including negotiating terms.
• Follow-up on maintenance/repair requests and keep properties in excellent condition.
• Address resident complaints by phone and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures.
• Perform routine drive/walks of properties at various times.
• Develop positive relationships with tenants to foster community.
• Navigate, update, and work in Appfolio software.
• Handle any projects or duties as requested.
• Ensure you have a reliable automobile for property visits.

We are seeking a dedicated and Property Manager to oversee the overall operational success of our residential properties, focusing on resident and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage and develop team members for personal and professional growth while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within specific geographic area
• Conduct property showings and assist in the leasing process, including negotiating lease terms and upselling property features.
• Follow‑up on maintenance / repair requests and ensure properties stays in excellent condition
• Address resident complaint phone calls and follow‑up, ensuring continuing resident satisfaction
• Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when needed
• Perform routine drive/walk by of properties at various times throughout the day/night
• Develop positive relationships with tenants to foster community engagement and satisfaction.
