Job summary

CYM Living is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the operational success of residential properties, focusing on resident and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, drive leasing activities, and ensure properties stay in excellent condition.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills, plus the ability to manage maintenance and coordinate with tenants across multiple sites. A reliable automobile and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and relevant laws.
• Excellent negotiation skills with upsell ability.
• Exceptional customer service focused on tenant satisfaction.
• Proficient in property maintenance management and coordination.
• Strong communication skills for tenant interactions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Mobile Communication.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to show units.
• Access to a reliable automobile is REQUIRED.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within a specific area.
• Conduct property showings and assist in leasing, including negotiating lease terms.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and maintain properties.
• Address resident complaints and ensure continued satisfaction.
• Collect monthly rents and manage collections when needed.
• Perform routine visits to properties at various times.
• Build relationships with tenants to foster community.
• Navigate and use Appfolio software effectively.
• Handle any additional duties as requested.
• Have reliable transportation between buildings.

We are seeking a dedicated and Property Manager to oversee the overall operational success of our residential properties, focusing on resident and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage and develop team members for personal and professional growth while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a geographic area of buildings within specific geographic area
• Conduct property showings and assist in the leasing process, including negotiating lease terms and upselling property features
• Follow‑up on maintenance / repair requests and ensure properties stays in excellent condition
• Address resident complaint phone calls and follow‑up, ensuring continuing resident satisfaction
• Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when needed
• Perform routine drive/walk by of properties at various times throughout the day/night
• Develop positive relationships with tenants to foster community engagement and satisfaction
• Navigate, update, and work effectively in Appfolio software environment;
• Any projects or additional duties as requested.
• Most have own reliable automobile to transport between buildings.
