Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager for The August at Steelpointe Harbor in Bridgeport, CT. Lead operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction while directing onsite teams to deliver exceptional living experiences.

You will drive occupancy, optimize revenue, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and hands-on property management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience managing properties with a track record of smooth operations.
• Proficient using OneSite and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build relationships with residents and address concerns to foster a positive community.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify profitability opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on planning and reporting.
• Stay informed about market trends to position the community competitively.

You've successfully managed properties before and have a proven track record of keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

You're a people person with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and staff alike.

You're comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and spotting opportunities for growth.

You're tech-savvy and confident using property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office tools.
