Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties in Anderson, IN is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of community operations, from leasing and maintenance to resident satisfaction and team leadership.

You will plan strategies to meet occupancy goals, manage budgets, build relationships with residents, and collaborate with corporate leaders to position the community for success.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor on-site property team members to ensure excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.

• You’re a people person with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and staff alike.
• You’re comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and spotting opportunities for growth.
• You’re tech-savvy and confident using property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office tools.
