Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties in Richmond, IN is seeking a Property Manager to lead a vibrant community and ensure exceptional leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and mentor onsite staff, drive occupancy and revenue goals, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build relationships with residents and address concerns to foster a positive community environment.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position the community as the preferred choice.
• Plan and execute events that bring residents together and build a sense of community.
