Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager to lead operations at The Banks - La Porte, IN. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction while mentoring onsite staff and driving occupancy and revenue growth.

You will manage budgets, ensure compliance, and collaborate with corporate leadership to position the community as the preferred choice, planning events to foster a vibrant living environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
• Experience managing properties with a track record of keeping operations running smoothly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with residents and staff.
• Proficient with Entrata and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
