Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead the daily operations of the Preserve on 51st apartment community, ensuring service excellence and strong leasing performance.

You will manage a on-site team, oversee reporting, and drive resident retention while delivering a rewarding, career‑oriented workplace with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level).
• Two years of apartment management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
