Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on Property Manager in the Baltimore area to oversee daily operations of residential rental properties. You will know the properties, maintain regular communication with owners and tenants, and ensure maintenance or lease issues are resolved promptly.

You will manage move-ins/outs, inspections, rent follow-ups, and coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors. Strong organizational and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous property management, real estate, leasing, or residential housing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Someone comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility for the properties assigned to them.
• Good organization and the ability to keep several properties and ongoing issues straight.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Florida real estate experience or licensing is a plus.

• Handle difficult situations professionally and work toward practical solutions that protect both the property and the owner's interests.
