Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Sioux Falls seeks a hands-on Property Manager to run a portfolio of residential rentals. You will be the primary contact for owners and tenants, coordinating move‑ins/outs, renewals, inspections, and tenant communication.

Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making are essential, along with knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing. SD licensing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous property management, real estate, leasing, or residential housing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to make decisions and assume responsibility for assigned properties.
• Good organization to track multiple properties and issues.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Florida real estate experience or licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate property, lease, inspection, and maintenance records.
• Handle difficult situations professionally and protect owner interests.
