Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to handle day-to-day operations of a residential rental portfolio. You’ll know the properties you manage, communicate with owners and tenants, and ensure maintenance or lease issues are resolved promptly.

You’ll coordinate move-ins/outs, lease renewals, inspections, and tenant communications, with a focus on keeping owners informed and issues addressed quickly. A growth path into senior roles is available.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience preferred.

• Knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential rental properties and serve as a regular point of contact for owners and tenants.

• Work with maintenance team and outside vendors to schedule repairs and ensure completion.
• Conduct routine property inspections and document issues requiring attention.

• Help prepare vacant properties for new tenants and coordinate with the leasing team.
• Maintain accurate property, lease, inspection, and maintenance records.
• Handle difficult situations professionally and protect owner interests.

What We're Looking For

• Previous property management, real estate, leasing, or residential housing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Someone comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility for the properties assigned to them.
• Good organization and the ability to keep several properties and ongoing issues straight.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Florida real estate experience or licensing is a plus.
• Competitive annual salary $85,000 - $125,000 Yearly.
