Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential rental properties in the Lewiston area. You will know the properties, communicate with owners and tenants, and ensure timely maintenance and lease issue resolution.

The role requires coordinating move-ins/outs, renewals, inspections, and rent follow-ups, with a focus on maintaining property condition and owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous property management, real estate, leasing, or residential housing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and ongoing issues.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Property Manager who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day work of keeping rental properties running well. This is a hands‑on position—you’ll know the properties you manage, communicate regularly with owners and tenants, and make sure maintenance or lease issues don’t sit unresolved.

What You'll Handle

• Handle difficult situations professionally and work toward practical solutions that protect both the property and the owner's interests.

What We're Looking For

• Previous property management, real estate, leasing, or residential housing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Someone comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility for the properties assigned to them.
• Good organization and the ability to keep several properties and ongoing issues straight.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Florida real estate experience or licensing is a plus.
• Competitive annual salary $85,000 - $125,000 Yearly.
