Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential rental portfolio in Atlanta. You’ll know the properties, communicate with owners and tenants, and ensure maintenance or lease issues never sit unresolved.

In this role you’ll coordinate move-ins/outs, renewals, inspections, and tenant communications; work with the maintenance team and vendors; and keep accurate records while protecting the owner’s interests.

Qualifications

  • Previous property management, real estate, leasing, or residential housing experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
  • Able to make decisions and take responsibility for the properties assigned.
  • Good organization and the ability to manage multiple properties and issues.
  • Knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.
  • Florida real estate experience or licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate property, lease, inspection, and maintenance records.
  • Handle difficult situations professionally and protect both the property and owner's interests.

What We're Looking For

  • Competitive annual salary $85,000 - $125,000 Yearly.
