Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Los Angeles seeks a hands-on Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential rental properties. You will serve as the main contact for owners and tenants, coordinate move-ins/outs, renewals, inspections, and tenant communication to ensure timely rent payments and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors, conduct routine inspections, and keep comprehensive records.

Qualifications

• Previous property management, real estate, leasing, or residential housing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Decisive, responsible for assigned properties.
• Good organization to manage multiple properties and ongoing issues.
• Knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.

• Competitive annual salary $85,000 - $125,000 Yearly.
