Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on Property Manager in New York to oversee daily operations of residential rental properties. You will know the properties, communicate regularly with owners and tenants, and ensure maintenance and lease issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins/outs, renewals, inspections, rent follow-ups, and working with maintenance teams and vendors to schedule repairs. You will maintain meticulous records and protect owner interests.

Qualifications

• Prior property management or residential leasing experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to make decisions and take responsibility for the properties assigned.
• Excellent organization to keep several properties and issues straight.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Florida real estate licensing or experience is a plus.

What We're Looking For

• Previous property management, real estate, leasing, or residential housing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Someone comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility for the properties assigned to them.
• Good organization and the ability to keep several properties and ongoing issues straight.
