Role Overview:
The Property Management Specialist works with Right of Way Engineering and related documents necessary for the real estate process. You will familiarize yourself with work types such as abstracting, INDOT's Land Records System (LRS), and Electronic Records Management System (ERMS). This role collaborates closely with INDOT districts, consultants, and legal teams to ensure requirements are met. Responsibilities include disposing of excess properties, managing right of way access requests, and tracking inquiries. You will also process reports to identify real estate assets and project/parcel statuses.
This position typically starts at an annual salary of $47,320. Salary may vary based on education and experience.

This role is based at INDOT’s Central Office, Real Estate Department.
