Role Overview:
TheProperty Management Specialistworks with Right of Way Engineering and the associated documents which need prepared for the real estate process. You will work to gain a familiarity for the associated work types, including abstracting and INDOT's Land Records System (LRS) and Electronic Records Management System (ERMS). This position works closely with INDOTs districts, consultants, and our legal team ensuring requirements are met. Similar accountabilities include the disposal of excess properties as well as preparations in altering right of way access, emphasing the tracking and maintenance of those requests/inquiries. Additionally you will process reports to identify real estate assets and project/parcel status.
Salary :
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $47,320.00. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.
Location :
This position is located in INDOT’s Central Office, Real Estate Department.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
