The inner ear research team includes Rick Nelson MD PhD and Eri Hashino, PhD. Our publications include journals such as Stem Cells, Stem Cell Reports, Molecular Therapy, and Cell Stem Cell.
Our lab employs various methods including PCR genotyping, DNA cloning, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, single-cell RNA sequencing, cell culture with live imaging, immunohistochemistry with confocal microscopy, co-immunoprecipitation, and proteomics.
