Responsibilities

• Create, assign, and track new leads through the CRM (Zoho) and shared inbox.
• Coordinate scheduling by balancing sales reps' workloads and outstanding proposals.
• Review, finalize, and distribute roof reports, repair proposals, and project estimates.
• Maintain accurate project records in Zoho and other tracking systems, including updating stages and statuses.
• Manage contract intake, send confirmations, and coordinate color selections with follow-up.
• Follow up on outstanding proposals, pending projects, and maintenance opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales reps in weekly meetings to review proposal status and progress.
• Identify additional sales opportunities by reviewing leak dispatches and maintenance portfolios.
• Manage customer communications through the PMT inbox and respond to inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate compliance documentation including Certificates of Insurance for approved status.
• Support business development by identifying bid opportunities and scheduling roof observations.
