Mid-Atlantic Roofing Supply, Inc. is seeking an Inside Commercial Roofing Coordinator to oversee inside sales operations, pricing strategy, and cross‑functional coordination with sales, purchasing, logistics, and operations.

The role requires initiative, analytical ability, and strategic oversight of commercial accounts, vendor evaluation, and project coordination to support profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial sales coordination, project management, or operations (roofing/construction preferred).
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with independence on complex issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inside commercial sales operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop pricing strategies and customer quotations within profit margin guidelines.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and authorize purchases within defined limits.
• Serve as internal contact for major commercial customers and manage complex orders.
• Analyze customer trends, sales data, and inventory performance.
• Collaborate with outside sales and operations to forecast demand and timelines.
• Approve order exceptions, credit adjustments, and freight arrangements.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve escalations and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support management with special projects, budgeting input, and performance reporting.
