Responsibilities

• Manage Submittals, Closeouts, takeoffs, warranties, and closeout paperwork.
• CRM data pipeline management and accurate project file organization.
• Track purchase orders, change orders, and issue work orders as scopes change.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries with vendors to align with production start dates.
• Ensure subcontractors meet compliance before arriving on contracted job sites.
