Honest Abe Roofing in Plymouth, MI, is seeking an Inside Sales & Office Coordinator to be the first voice customers hear and to convert leads into qualified appointments for our Roofing Advisors. You will own the job file from contract signing through final payment, supporting the project with administrative accuracy.

This role blends high-volume outreach with meticulous office administration. Expect to manage CRM data, process payments, file permits, and help drive a growing Michigan roofing

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or office coordination.
• Confident, professional phone presence with high outbound call volume.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; manage multiple open files.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Google Workspace; full training provided.
• Experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus but not required.
• Able to work independently with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Make hundreds of calls, texts, and emails daily.
• Set and confirm qualified appointments for Roofing Advisors.
• Own the job file from contract to closure.
• Manage CRM folders: Approved, In-Progress, Invoiced, Closed.
• Process payments and log transactions.
• File for building permits and send closing documents.
• Calculate COGS and commissions.
• Flag gross profit discrepancies to management.
• Support leadership with office tasks.
