Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, and hire Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Leasing Consultants.
Create efficient recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill.
Collaborate with SVP, HR, and regional managers on staffing priorities.
Develop proactive recruiting strategies using job boards and networking.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
