Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Property Management Recruiting to lead full-cycle recruiting for property management offices, including Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Leasing Consultants.

The role supports onboarding and builds a strong candidate pipeline across Indianapolis and nearby sites. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while collaborating with SVP/HR to align staffing with portfolio needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or Leasing Consultant.
• CAM and/or HCCP Certification preferred.
• Experience with an HRIS preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire property management office staff.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies using job boards, industry networks, and career fairs.
• Screen candidates for technical knowledge, customer service, and safety awareness.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers of verbal employment.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified property management professionals.
• Travel to properties 20–30% of the time.
