Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, leading teams and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance. You will manage budgets, rent collection, vendor relations, and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction while leading a team of staff and maintenance personnel on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property by analyzing and evaluating financial statements.
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and posting rent/fees in a timely manner.
• Approves invoices from vendors and manages communication with stakeholders.
• Controls expenditures by staying within the approved budget.
• Oversees lease enforcement and renewal processes with inspections and notices.
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets market trends to adjust marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests, ensuring maintenance standards.
