Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property and lead the onsite team. You will set rent rates, review financial reports, manage vendor payments, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

The role requires strong communications, budgeting expertise, and the ability to drive occupancy and revenue goals. You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and engage with residents to maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, real estate or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure rent collection, posted fees, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage accounts payable processes.
• Control expenditures within budget; manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals and notices.
• Implement marketing/ leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff.
