Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned multifamily property in the US, ensuring budget adherence and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a diverse team, manage leasing activities, analyze financial statements, and coordinate maintenance to deliver high resident satisfaction while meeting revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum experience in property management, sales/marketing and customer service to run day-to-day operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget inputs by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and collecting payments.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communication.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance teams.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage client/owner relationships and provide property updates.
• Complete accounting and administrative reports.
