Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property, lead a team, and ensure financial and regulatory goals are met. You will manage budgeting, revenue, leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and profitability.

The role requires a strong background in property management, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a team while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• This role manages day-to-day operations of an assigned property and leads the team to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communication, and ensure insurance certificates are valid.
• Oversee lease enforcement, marketing strategies, resident satisfaction, and maintenance standards.
• Supervise staff hiring, training, and performance in line with company policies.
