Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in Greenbelt, MD to oversee facility maintenance and guest experience. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate preventive maintenance, and lead a team to deliver safe, efficient store operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize a demanding workload while upholding Target standards for safety and service.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing preferred.
• Strong vendor management and accountability skills.
• Effective communication and ability to use technology and multiple devices.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure team delivers consistent guest service.
• Train and supervise team to meet Target’s guest experience standards.
• Observe performance, provide feedback, and coach for better outcomes.
• Review guest, financial and team metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead safety training and ensure safe work environment; enforce PPE usage.
• Participate in special projects, remodels, and asset maintenance plans.
• Ensure work orders are completed safely and vendor performance is monitored.
