Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or accepted.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Basic technical skills with property assets and tools.
• Proficiency in operating power tools, HVAC, and wet/dry vacuums.
• Strong vendor-management and communication skills to drive quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Assist in remodels and asset care with cost-conscious decisions.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and teams receive proper training.
