Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in Columbus, OH to ensure assets are well-maintained and operate smoothly. You will lead maintenance efforts, manage vendors, and support store teams to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing settings.
• Basic technical skills with property assets and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets.
• Collaborate with vendors and ensure timely completion of work.
• Lead and train store team on safety and asset care.
• Review metrics to improve guest experience and asset performance.
• Utilize technology to manage work orders and prioritise tasks.
