Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Management Analyst to manage financial activities for a small to mid-size market, driving financial performance and client satisfaction. The role supports budgeting, reporting, invoicing, and analytics while collaborating with field management and client accounting services.

The position emphasizes problem solving using established procedures, high-level Excel and Office proficiency, and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
• Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
• Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change.
• Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
