Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in the United States seeks a Property Management Analyst to handle financial activities for a small to mid-sized market, driving performance and client satisfaction. You will support budgets, reports, and invoicing while partnering with field staff and management.

You will assemble AR, income, EBITDA metrics and ensure compliance, delivering timely data and responsive client service. A degree is preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
  • Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
  • Assist with budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects; code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
  • Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other metrics.
  • Conduct internal compliance reviews and report outcomes with changes as recommendations.
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries.
