CCI is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Huntington, WV to support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, including leasing, rent collection, and recertification processes. The role emphasizes occupancy management, procedural implementation, and effective communication with tenants and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have experience with affordable housing programs (Section 8, LIHTC) and be comfortable with Yardi.

Formación

• Experience in leasing vacant units and handling rent applications.
• Familiarity with tenant recertification processes.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is helpful; experience with affordable housing programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Property Manager in preparing correspondence and financial reports.
• Help collect income and manage expenses; track tenant receivables and maintenance reports.
• Support tenant recertification processes and maintain leases; strive for 100% occupancy.
