Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a 39-unit Affordable Community. You will support the Property Manager in daily operations, enforce policies, and help ensure a well-maintained building with LIHTC compliance.

The role covers leasing information, rent collection, unit inspections, reporting, and coordination with residents and vendors. Onsite or Yardi experience is required, with knowledge of Bluemoon or Yieldstar preferred.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/Affordable housing experience required.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Bluemoon and Yieldstar preferred.
• Onsite or Yardi experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing information and resident services.
• Support rent collection and reporting processes.
• Walk property daily and inspect units.
• Prepare monthly HUD/LIHTC compliance paperwork.
• Learn all management aspects alongside the Property Manager.
