The role involves coordinating vendors, processing work orders, and assisting with financial reporting and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in property management, strong communication, and proficiency in real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in Commercial Property Management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or AvidXchange.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building operations and tenant relations.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage service contracts.
• Prepare monthly reporting package and operating budgets.
• Process tenant billbacks and invoice coding.
• Assist in insurance, electricity procurement, and tax review processes.
• Support leasing, marketing, and construction coordination.
