Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the community.

The role requires at least 6 months of property management experience, strong written and verbal communication, professionalism in a fast-paced work environment, and excellent organizational skills. Full-time position with competitive benefits and pay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Utilize customer service and sales techniques for resident requests.
• Collect money, oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs; walk units.
• Interact with outside legal counsel during eviction process.
• Finalize move in/out files and enter data into PM software.
• Oversee renter's insurance procedures and deposits.
• Ensure model/apartments are ready for show and clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of leases, unit specs, availability, market conditions.
• Coordinate with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach marketing and develop retention programs.
