Havencorecommunities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Humble, TX to support the Community Manager in daily operations, administration, and tenant relations. The role involves marketing vacancies in compliance with fair housing policies, managing the waiting list, and processing housing applications.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and experience in property management or administrative roles, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Yardi and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management or affordable housing preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Understanding of budgeting and basic bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi.

Responsabilités

• Support the Community Manager in administration and maintenance of the property.
• Assist in marketing and advertising for vacancies in line with the Fair Housing Marketing Plan.
• Maintain property waiting lists and process housing applications per covenants.
• Post resident payments into Yardi and prepare month-end reports.
• Assist in processing annual re-certifications and maintaining files.
• Show available units and assist residents and guests professionally.
